1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online store https://loty-hd.com, operated by:

Any differing terms from the customer are not recognized unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with LOTY. The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer; it is non-binding. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. LOTY accepts this offer either by shipping the goods or by separate email confirmation.

3. Conclusion of Contract


  1. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

  2. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by email (“Order Confirmation”). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.

  3. The contract is concluded once we deliver the ordered products or explicitly confirm acceptance by email.

4. Prices and Payment


  1. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  3. The customer agrees to pay the purchase price according to the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery and Shipping


  1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

  2. Delivery times after processing (1-3 business days):


    Germany: 2–5 business days


    EU: 5–10 business days



  3. Shipping is via [DHL, Hermes, etc.].

  4. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  5. If an item is unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns


  1. Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

  2. Returns must be in perfect, unworn, undamaged condition, including original packaging and tags.

  3. Refunds are issued after inspection via the original payment method.

  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  5. Excluded from returns: personalized products, hygiene items, sale items (unless defective).

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of LOTY until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty / Liability


  1. Statutory warranty rights apply.

  2. LOTY is liable for damages not related to the product only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  3. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions


  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent it does not impair consumer protection.

  3. If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
